FlexiSAF Foundation is looking for a dynamic and mission-driven Executive Director to lead our repositioning strategy and drive transformational change in Nigeria’s education sector.

The Role
As Executive Director, you’ll:
● Lead the foundation’s strategic and operational direction
● Build and manage high-performing teams
● Drive fundraising, partnerships, and financial sustainability
● Oversee program innovation and impact measurement
● Be the face and voice of the foundation to key stakeholders and the public

You Are
● At least a B.Sc holder with relevant background in Education, International Development, Public Policy, or Technology.
● A bold and ethical leader with 4-5 years of experience in nonprofit, education, or tech-for-good
● A skilled fundraiser with a strong network of donors or grant experience
● Deeply passionate about education equity and familiar with EdTech solutions
● Strategic, innovative, and values-driven
● Comfortable managing both people and systems
